SUPPORT ENGINEER (C#) Male Only Job in Gurgaon at Rfid4u IT Solutions Private Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via various channels such as email, phone, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to our C#-based software applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on customer feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in C# Development or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of C# programming language and .NET framework.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) is an advantage.
• Should have knowledge of database (e.g. SQL,MySQL,Oracle)
