Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage daily operations and administration of AS400 systems.
• Execute and monitor various job types including autostart, prestart, communication, and batch jobs.
• Create and manage user profiles, ensuring appropriate access controls.
• Apply working knowledge of CL (Control Language) and AS400 commands.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Utilise ITIL framework and defect management tools such as JIRA or BMC Remedy.
• Support continuous improvement and error-free delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AS400 system operations and administration.
• Skilled in Control Language (CL), DB2, and RPA.
• Familiar with job scheduling and monitoring on AS400.
• Exposure to RPG and IBM mainframe is advantageous.
• Understanding of telecom domain applications is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing tools.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
