Aditya Birla Group is hiring for the role of Support CSR!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop grievance handling mechanism
- Assist in data capturing process through system/ portal - SANGAT
- Apply for selected CSR Awards and recognitions for projects at the mines
- Create a Sustainable Safety Culture in peripheral villages to ensure zero accidents.
- Identify social risk (Preparing Risk Calendar)
- Tag notification/hoarding to highlight dangerous spots - Road Safety Slogans.
- Ensure at least 1 BBSO per month.
- Network with NGO, Govt. agencies and other Institutions to develop and initiate plan and its implementation
- Act as the focal point for company’s CSR initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
- Apply innovative ideas to reduce cost.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any degree
