BCD Travel is hiring for the role of Support Consultant III!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be responsible for credit card transactions, including submission of credit card files and credit card rejection follow-up and recharging
- Process refunds on the Bank Portal
- Issuance of Credit Notes and refund-related issues (Portal CN)
- Creation of ADM/ACM Article in BRIM
- Update of Missing Enhanced Data
- Research and respond to client’s or Internal Stakeholder’s emails or queries
Requirements:
- MS Office experience, specifically, Word and EXCEL
- Skills in travel industry systems GDS Sabre and GDS Apollo
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
