Hitachi is hiring for the role of Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Receive and respond to customer emails and phone inquiries for the support team.
  • Create, document, and route customer support cases as needed.
  • Coordinate communication and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support.
  • Monitor and work customer issues promptly to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Provide proactive updates to customers regarding the status of their open issues.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and productive while working under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of customer support processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or a call center environment.
  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience working with software products a plus.
  • Additional call center experience a plus.
