Global Logic Technologies is hiring for the role of Support Analyst! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle a high volume of incoming emails and chat messages from partners, ensuring adherence to project productivity and quality standards.
• Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to partner inquiries/issues via email and chat.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or individuals and ensure timely resolution for the partner.
• Act as a liaison between partners and various internal teams, facilitating the resolution of inquiries/issues.
• Analyze and review content, which may include sensitive material, while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, reaching out to partners via email and reviewing substantial data/information.
• Share partner feedback with relevant teams or individuals through appropriate channels.
• Assist in identifying and analyzing opportunities to enhance processes and tools to improve internal efficiency and partner experience.
• Monitor and track performance metrics related to various tasks.

Requirements:

• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Strong written communication skills with good verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to interpret and document data insights effectively.
• Willingness to work on public holidays when required.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a changing work environment.
• A professional demeanor and service-oriented approach; able to work well within a team.
• Experience in front-end, real-time customer service (chat/email).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Basic computational skills.
• Proficient in using the internet.
