Synechron is hiring for the role of Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Backup and recovery methods including point-in-time recovery.
• Working knowledge of Installation, configuration, upgrades patching.

Requirements:

• Experience as a DBA supporting large-scale implementation in a complex system environment.
• Experience in DBA monitoring tasks, managing, escalating incidents, and database replications (MSA).
• Excellent hands-on experience in the cluster, Sybase replication server and HA.
• Strong Database architectural skills and knowledge in Design & build of Database systems.
• Experience in disaster recovery solutions design, implementation, and testing.
• Experience in Patching, Replication, Upgrade, Tunning and Capacity planning.
• Database backup integration with third-party backup tool i.e. Veem, Netbackup, data protector.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation like HLD, LLD, SOP and As-Built documents.
• Strong working knowledge on DBA tasks, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Should have basic Unix commands knowledge or Shell / Perl Script is preferred.
• Strong team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
