SupplyOn Manager Job in Bangalore at Vitesco Technologies

Vitesco Technologies is hiring for the role of SupplyOn Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Cooperating with national and international colleagues on various hierarchy levels for areas with interfaces concerning SupplyOn (e.g. IT, Legal).
• Communicating and informing the VT PUR community via all available COM channels considering VT branding requirements as well as communication towards all suppliers for relevant SupplyOn issues.
• Implementing and enhancing SupplyOn (internet platform to collaborate with the app. 1900 PM+CI&ES suppliers from external company SupplyOn) as business managed application incl. all necessary user support.
• Managing the access rights for SupplyOn.
• Reporting relevant process indicators to ensure that the WW departments can steer their business according to the overall SupplyOn targets.
• Guiding several international colleagues as well as coordinating and coaching them for all SupplyOn-related tasks and responsibilities (app. 5 employees within PMT in min. 3 locations).

Requirements:

• Academic degree and several years of professional experience
• Deep knowledge in different areas e.g. SupplyOn platform, IT topics, training of the purchasing community, and coaching/guiding the teams
• Technical knowhow for different products, manufacturing processes, and related costs
• Knowledge of different PUR processes and PLC, including. PUR&SQM tools
• Coordination and moderation of international teams with different knowledge and hierarchical levels
• Power of persuasion and assertiveness
• Good communication skills
• Intercultural capabilities for diverse teams ww
• Leadership capability to lead and support the team, incl. taking ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent English is mandatory
