Procter & Gamble (P&G) is hiring for the role of Supply Planning Strategy Analyst!
Responsibilities
- Execute the supply planning process.
- Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets.
- Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a key interface between various departments.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate supply chain risks.
- Manage supply chain-related projects.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's in Business Aministration (MBA) is required..
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- 2+ Years of prior experience with SAP APO or ECC (MM, PP, or SD modules).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prior knowledge of digital tools (Power BI, KNIME, RPA) is a plus.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
