Supply Management Associate Internship in Gurgaon at Cogoport

Cogoport is hiring for the role of Supply Management Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Insert customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Keep all information strictly confidential
• Respond to approved queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with role SOPs, data integrity, and security policies
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations/environment
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen
• Proven data entry work experience
• Experience with MS Excel
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Consistent attention to detail
