Cummins is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Planner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and coordinate international supply chain activities to meet customer demand and ensure smooth operations
• Analyze demand variations and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly
• Manage internal and external stakeholders involved in the supply chain process
• Develop and implement planning system strategies to improve signals across the international supply chain
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel techniques to optimize supply chain operations
• Monitor and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
• Execute daily operational planning processes within specified functional areas
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain failures to minimize risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in international supply chain planning
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility: Ability to work with global plants and suppliers, requiring flexible working hours
• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. College, university, or equivalent degree required
• Licensing: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
• Experience in international supply chain management for at least 3 years
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders in the EU region
