Tata 1MG is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Manager (Diagnostics, Planning & Control)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with the supply chain team to identify and lead projects around process improvement with end-to-end ownership.
• Ideate, plan, and execute programs across 50+ cities by directly coordinating with field ops.
• Drive cross-functional discussions around project milestones, and requirements and get them prioritized.
• Identify areas of cost optimization and unlock the potential by designing and leading projects around it.
• Innovate to achieve supply chain excellence in quality, reliability, and cost.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 to 6 years in Operations Management/Supply Chain design or program management in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well with large data and derive insights from it.
• Good Project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems with first-principle thinking.
• Well-versed with SQL, MS Office, and G suite.
