Supply Chain Associate Job in Delhi at Bain & Company

Bain and Company is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist case teams in India and abroad with various cost reduction/optimization activities.
• Offer solutions in Procurement, including Spend cube, analytics, maturity assessment, and vendor strategy.
• Provide Zero-based budgeting solutions such as cost visibility, budgeting, initiative tracking, and client training.
• Conduct Supply Chain services like Inventory Diagnostics, Inventory Optimization, Network Optimization, Manufacturing Diagnostics, and Integrated Business Planning.
• Perform cost diagnostics, including Value Calculator, Net Working Capital, savings, and PMI Analysis.
• Conduct complex and advanced data analysis to analyze clients' data.
• Generate critical insights to help achieve cost objectives.
• Develop seamless solutions over time.
• Employ powerful, dynamic visualizations/charts on various platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to showcase results.
• Create critical intellectual property (IP) valuable for new performance improvement cases globally at Bain.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably with a degree in engineering/science/commerce/business/economics) with at least 1-5 years of relevant experience or an MBA/Post-Graduate with high academic records having 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to lead the team towards pragmatic solutions
• Experience in data analysis, project management and team management 
• Hands-on on various analytical and reporting/visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Llamasoft SCG
• Experience in supply chain or operations-related work in consulting/industry is preferable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team set-up
• Effective communication skills and ability to deliver clear and professional presentations to senior stakeholders (Bain managers, partners, and clients)
• Effective coaching and mentoring skills
