Signify is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Assistant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Maintain Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor data to identify changes in metrics and business trends.
• Customer-centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
• Meet defined SLA and KPIs on performance and quality in given TAT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably with 0-1 years of relevant SCM experience; Freshers will also work
• Effective Verbal and Written Communication
• Basic understanding of the SCM process
• Proactive & result-driven approach
• Working knowledge of ERP preferably SAP is required
• Proficient with MS Office tools & knowledge of Advanced Excel (VBA coding/ automation skills can be an added advantage)
• Should be well versed with sound knowledge in Invoice on-hold management
• Hands-on experience in Invoice-on-hold activities like MRBR and GRIR
