Supply Chain Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Becton Dickinson Private Limited

BD is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Analyst!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Information Delivery: Monitors, publishes, and issues status reports and metrics of the processes by creation of dashboards.
• Supply Chain and Operations Analytics Support: Utilizes Business Intelligence/Warehouse, SAP, and other analysis tools to generate value added information for Supply Chain/Materials associates.
• SharePoint: Support SharePoint workflows to streamline operations.
• Process Automation: Utilize SAP Scripts and Excel macros to automate global processes to save time and enhance efficiency.
• Project Discovery and Validation: Works with project teams and associates to ensure proper identification of all impacted data elements based on change(s) being proposed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of related experience,Top Tier University graduate with background in math /engineering. “Curious, autonomous and willing to learn”.
• Demonstrated learning agility of new subject matter.
• Candidate should have “collaborative” mindset and be able to “work well with teams.”
• Candidate should be able to prioritize with help of management.
• Understand database and remote access to server data.
• Comfortable manipulating large amount of data
• Experience in data modelling, visualization (e.g. Power BI etc.)
• Experience and knowledge of ERP, SAP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Hands on experience of Python, R, SQL would a plus but not mandatory
