Supplier Experience Analyst Job in Mumbai at Mondelēz International

Mondelēz International is hiring for the role of Supplier Experience Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide training on continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques.
• Help departments follow the established daily management system (DMS).
• Collect data or extract it from systems to support CI activities and DMS processes.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.
• Work with Supplier Experience System Process Experts to design solutions that improve end-user satisfaction.
• Provide functional expertise on SAP MM and Coupa for developing business requirement documents.
• Partner with business stakeholders for scope definition and estimating project timelines.
• Advise on interfaces with other systems, RPAs, and digital systems using APIs and CSV file transfers.
• Represent the Supplier Experience team in project phases and system upgrades.
• Assist with testing execution and provide guidance for defect resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience with CI and high-performance work systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Organized and disciplined approach to support and educate on the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
• Strong experience in configuring or supporting procurement systems, including SAP MM and Coupa.
• Knowledge of procurement processes covering Source and/or Buy.
• Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with testing Coupa/SAP-MM developments and integrations.
• Experience in project delivery and testing in functional or technical roles.
• Technically curious and resilient to solve problems involving multiple interconnected systems.
• Familiarity with SAP roles and security concepts.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Curiosity and energy to continually learn new procurement technologies
