Supplier Enablement Analyst Job in Bangalore at Koch Global Services

Koch is hiring for the role of Supplier Enablement Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Update requests while staying aligned with financial controls and process steps including Onboard suppliers through a dedicated online platform
• Review and validate the information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) in accordance with minimum financial controls.
• Confirm data entered is correct for vendor and alternate/remit vendor adds, updates, and extends to company code.
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, 3rd party suppliers, operations, & IT to bring optimal solutions to supplier master data management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in accounting, supplier onboarding & vendor master data management
• Understanding of vendor master creation, modification, activation & deactivation
• Understanding of supplier due diligence
• General understanding of the Coupa application
• Ability to reach out to suppliers via phone calls. (as needed)
• Fluent in English  (written & verbal)
• Analytical
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and assertive when dealing with external and internal customers
• Effective problem-solving skills to help identify the root cause
• Strong sense of internal control, SOP, and accuracy
• Proficient with current computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Coupa and other ERP tools
• Ability to work with high volume in a systematic way
• Ability to adhere to SLA expectations
• Quick learner and ability to work under stringent timelines
• Willingness to work in shifts (flexibility)
• Extensive knowledge of Coupa and multiple ERPs
• Experience in transitioning supplier onboarding & vendor master management (onsite or remote)
