Supervisor, WFM Automation Job in Kolkata at Concentrix

• WFM Process Automation: Develop and maintain automated solutions using VBA, Macros, Advanced Excel, PowerApps, and Power Query to streamline workforce scheduling, forecasting, and reporting processes. Create customized tools and templates to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency. 
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel, Python, and SQL to analyze workforce data and generate meaningful insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
• Forecasting and Scheduling Optimization: Collaborate with WFM teams to enhance forecasting models and scheduling algorithms, leveraging Python for advanced analytics. 
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, recommending solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, scripts, and workflows for reference and training purposes. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and WFM, to ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to WFM teams and end-users on the use of automated tools and reports.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation, data analysis, and workforce management to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in VBA, Macros, Advanced Excel, PowerApps, Power Query, and Python for automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere for robotic process automation.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and database queries.
• Proven experience in workforce management automation and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, or similar).
