Siemens is hiring for the role of Supervisor/ Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain the solution engineering team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training the engineering team
• Coordinating and directing the daily activities of the solution engineering team
• Work closely with Siemens USA management on day to day decisions.

• Interfacing with the EPCs and Customers of Siemens USA located in India and nearby countries as the first point of Engineering contact, during both offers and orders engineering phases as technical liaison

Requirements:

• Reading and understanding electrical schematics (ANSI style), one line diagram, three-line diagrams of different equipment to interpret and implement into design requirements of E-House and equipment.
• Reading and Understanding customer specifications for switchgear
• AutoCAD/ AutoCAD electrical knowledge is required.
• Experience with switchgear quotation tools
• Ability to set and manage priorities.
• Scheduling Tasks
• Ability to work effectively across various functions and departments.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, UL standards.
• Preferred
• Industry knowledge of design and installation requirements for LV and MV distribution equipment
