Rockman is hiring for the role of Supervisor QA!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct patrol inspection as per schedule & review check sheets filled by inspectors
- Prepare dimensional report / PQCS/ critical parameters etc. periodically
- Check quality of the components- inline and off line and ensure that all components that move to next process are as per the required dimensional parameters
- Supervise tool & die changeovers, and prepare loading/unloading report
- Coordinate with concerned departments for timely closure of CAPA points
- Follow up for implementation of quality related improvement projects at the plant including customer projects as well as internal improvement initiative
Requirements:
- Conducting of on time Line inspection and controlling of rejections
- Minimum years of experience in HPDC shop Quality control function
- Minimum 4 years of experience with HPDC in process quality work in automotive industries.
- Experience in instruments Handling, system work and casting defects awareness
