Rockman is hiring for the role of Supervisor - Breakdown Maint. (2W) GDC!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Attend to breakdowns in designated section, conduct root cause analysis, why-why analysis, fishbone analysis etc. and guide the shift team in implementation of corrective action
• Identify potential areas of improvement for machine breakdowns and implement the same in the designated production line
• Ensure implementation of modifications in the machine structure and process in order to tackle repeated breakdowns
• Handle grievances and escalate machine breakdowns to Section Head
• Maintain record of equipment wise maintenance/ mechanical failures/ breakdown in equipment, and provide breakdown reports of the same to Section Head to prevent repetitive failures
• Upload data in SAP with respect to breakdowns, as per guidelines
• Provide feedback to shift in-charge on technical skills of operators
• Conduct on the job trainings for operators for enhancing technical know-how of machines, operations and systems
• Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process
