Supervisor Asset Management Job in Jaipur at Larsen & Toubro

L&T Energy - Hydrocarbon is hiring for the role of Supervisor Asset Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide administrative support to the site team.
• Coordinate with the L&T Head Office as required.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Arrange guest house/hotel bookings, transportation (pickup & drop), etc., for the team and vendors.
• Prepare gate passes for staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate HSE and other training sessions.
• Facilitate collaboration between personnel for measurement sheets and GRN against service utilization.
• Prepare service completion notes for reimbursement services and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate vendor invoicing certifications and track payments.
• Work with the warehouse manager for GRN of materials after inspection.
• Follow up with the procurement team for upcoming materials and services.
• Manage logistics as per client policies.
• Maintain site records and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative and asset management roles.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with logistics, invoicing, and vendor management preferred.
