Roles & Resposibilites:

• Must be certified
• Should have in depth understanding of EC data models
• Should be adept in configuring EC workflows ,writing complex business rules
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off and Time sheet Solutions.
• Excellent understanding of the Employee Central Time off and Time sheet and related modules.
• Must have worked on Time sheet evaluation rules configuration and validations.
• Must have worked on SuccessFactors set up of role-based permissions for Time off and Time sheet.
• Conduct SF Training to Key Users.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Work well with people in the team.
• 3 to 4 years of SuccessFactors experience
• Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
