ExxonMobil is hiring for the role of Subsea Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contribution to various aspects of subsea design and operations activities
• Involvement in various subsea project support efforts from concept evaluation through to commissioning and start-up
• Work on a multidiscipline team with subsea engineers and participate in operations activities – surveillance programs, integrity management programs, technical reviews, and recommendations
• Interface with contractors and sub-contractors and ensure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements including review of discipline design drawings and documents
• Responsible for technology evaluation/selections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in subsea design or operations with expertise in one of the following - subsea systems/subsea operations/subsea hardware/subsea controls/subsea processing
• Awareness of basic subsea system architecture, and fundamental subsea hardware functionality
• Familiar with the operation of the typical subsea systems including general layout, process flow, and chemical distribution
• Familiar with the different types of subsea control systems, topside systems, and interfaces
• Familiarity with subsea processing technology is preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• Strong interpersonal skills
