Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products
• Act as a backup to the Service Officer (SO) during peak hours or absences Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
