Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with students to build strong relationships
• Provide direct support to students facing academic, personal, or career challenges
• Collect and analyze data related to student success, including retention rates, graduation rates, and student satisfaction
• Analyse student performance data, including grades, attendance, and participation
• Identify trends or areas where students may be struggling academically.

• Document students' goals, progress, and any action plans established during calls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, counselling, psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic and patient when dealing with students
• Knowledge of educational programs and curriculum
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students succeed
