Key Responsibilities:

1. Structural Design & Analysis:

• Develop structural designs for projects using software like STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and ensure designs meet all safety, durability, and functionality standards.

2. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to deliver optimal design solutions.
• Review and approve structural drawings and documentation.

3. Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high engineering standards.

4. Technical Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain all technical documentation related to structural design.
• Generate reports, presentations, and calculations to support project approvals.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in design tools, technologies, and materials.
• Provide suggestions for improving structural efficiency and reducing costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in structural design and analysis, with a proven track record of handling diverse projects.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex structural problems with precision.
