Structural Analysis Engineer Job in Bangalore at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for the role of Structural Analysis Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform structural analysis of aircraft components, assemblies, and systems.
• Calculate loads, and perform static, fatigue, damage-tolerance, and vibration analysis.
• Evaluate structural integrity using hand calculations and finite element methods.
• Generate documentation for analysis and test results supporting certification/qualification.
• Support gated reviews for work package quality and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (FAA & Mil-Spec) for safety.
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of engineering fundamentals: material properties, free-body diagrams, loads, and analysis methods.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) is required.
• 1+ Years of experience using FEM software (ABAQUS, LS-DYNA, PATRAN/NASTRAN, Hyperworks).
• Familiarity with CAD systems (e.g., NX/Teamcenter and CATIA/ENOVIA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
