Streaming Operations Analyst Job in Mumbai at Nielsen

Nielsen is hiring for the role of Streaming Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participates in the daily production schedule which requires a Monday-Friday US EST working schedule.
• Execute procedures to meet internal / external SLA’s and quality
• Train and certify (where applicable) on business policy and standard operating procedures
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, business policy
• Work with process coordinators to develop and update procedures
• Implement new process improvement and programs
• Escalate issues, queries to manager / operations incident management
• Identify opportunities for procedure improvement Work with clients to complete day to day
• BAU activities Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability as required by the business
• Perform quality checks to ensure integrity of data for clients and downstream systems
• Verify system functionality and validation of reporting for clients
• Respond to client inquiries direct or indirect via the change requests
• Assist Process Lead/Team Lead with creation of and data gathering for KPI & Metrics
• Assist Process LeadTeam Lead with UAT reviews for new software releases

Requirements:

• Uses logic to analyze data and capability to draw conclusions and convey or provide advice or consultation to business leaders
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in written communication
• Proficient with the use of GOOGLE desktop tools
• Proficient use of streaming services and devices
• Maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crisis situations
• Ability to identify and leverage best practices
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change
