Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluation to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, including assessing financials, operational performance, and strategic fit.
  • Work closely with senior executives to define and refine the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop actionable strategies to drive business expansion, improve efficiency, and meet long-term company objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives and mergers/acquisitions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and potential investors.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and other departments to ensure due diligence processes are thorough and aligned with overall corporate strategy.
  • Evaluate and monitor financial performance, risk exposure, and integration plans for new business ventures and acquisitions.
  • Assist in preparing company presentations, including those for potential investors or stakeholders.
  • Support post-deal integration activities, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or M&A advisory.
  • Experience leading or managing due diligence processes in corporate acquisitions, partnerships, or investments.
  • Strong financial analysis and business modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with project management, managing timelines, and coordinating teams across functions.
