Korra is hiring for the role of Creative Planner!

Responsibilities:

• Think of imaginative concepts that fit brands’ needs, consumer’s life truths
• Excite and inspire other creative fellows to think of more ideas and narratives
• Write decks that sell ideas
• Strategize and ideate to come up with high impact creative and brand solutions that align with business problems and target audience.
• Research and analyze data from multiple sources to derive consumer insights and category trends that can be leveraged to develop impactful communication campaigns.
• Lead and monitor primary research conducted through partner research agencies to derive the best possible insights for brand building.
• Develop integrated strategy for 360-degree campaign planning.
• Map the consumer journey to recommend interventions at multiple consumer touchpoints.
• Partner with creative and account management peers to develop disruptive ideas at all points of customer contact.
• Develop and propose value added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for new business pitches.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in marketing space to enable strategic development.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• 1-3 years of total experience in marketing related role
• Deck writing skills
• Presentation skills
• Primary research knowledge
• Secondary research capabilities
• Data analyzing ability
• Astute communication
