Bajaj Allianz is hiring for the role of Strategic Sales Manager – Bancassurance Channel!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Execution:
    • Analyse the customer segmentation, sales trends in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics etc., to assess the potential for business
    • Conduct training at the branch for all banking partners on regulatory guidelines and products.
    • Plan for activation of branches through R&R activities to increase the penetration in active branches to realize the full potential of the bank partner in the given geography
  • Relationship Management:
    • Drive the campaign/contest for the Partner Bank to drive sales in profitable segments.
    • Assist banking partners in pitching a product to crucial customers & driving sales closure for the same.
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers
  • New Acquisition Banking Partners:
    • Gather market information of potential partners, analyze partners' profile and customer mix to identify the best product fitment from the BAGIC portfolio, assess the profitability & viability of partnership
    • Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about BAGIC products/ offer them lucrative products in coordination with the Vertical Head
  • Service Orientation:
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity, including everyday servicing and policy issuance etc.
    • Gather relevant documents from customer post-sales and submit the same to the operations team; gather additional data/documents as required
    • Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure a smooth experience while working with Bagic
    • Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements; process & track such requests in coordination with the internal ops team; Ensure ease of process & approvals for partners by coordinating with the internal Ops team
