Store & Inventory Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify delivery of materials, equipment, and consumables at site.
• Maintain store stock records (manual or digital) and update inventory management system regularly.
• Issue materials as per material requisition slips (MRS) and maintain issue logs.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests as required.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors for material delivery and returns.
• Prepare and maintain GRNs, MRNs, stock registers, and other documentation.

Skills Required

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of solar project components is an advantage.
