Store - Assistant Manager Job in Chandrapur at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Store Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain proper inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations while minimizing excess stock.
• Maintene GRN, Diesel Yard, Receipts
• Knowledge of ISO documentation
• Receipt Goods
• Team Management, Good Communication
• Bills Processing and Inventory management.
• Data Analysis

2. Inventory Control:

• Implement effective inventory control measures to track material movement and prevent discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any variances.
• Optimize inventory management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

3. Material Handling and Storage:

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials as per industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Organize the storage area to maximize space utilization and ease of access.

4. SAP and ERP System Utilization:

• Use SAP, SAP HANA, and ERP systems to manage inventory, generate reports, and track material usage.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for audits and operational decisions.

5. Coordination and Collaboration:

• Work closely with procurement, production, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Act as a liaison between the store and other departments to address material- related issues and requirements.

6. Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and proper documentation.
• Address issues related to delayed or defective materials in coordination with procurement.

7. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations for storage and material handling.
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory records, safety procedures, and compliance reports.

8. Team Supervision:

• Supervise and guide store staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company procedures.
• Provide training to staff on material handling, storage practices, and SAP/ERP usage.

9. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements in store operations to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in store and inventory management.
