Key Responsibilities:

Funding :

• Drive product sales and achieve state-level business targets.
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Support and guide regional and branch sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs within the state.
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product features, benefits, and positioning.
• Monitor product performance and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and marketing for smooth product delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
