State Head Job in Kalyan at Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth: 

• Drive sales of LAP and Home Loan products across the state. 
• Develop strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. 
• Identify and develop new market opportunities. 

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage Branch Managers and their teams. 
• Ensure effective training and skill development of the sales team. 
• Monitor productivity and ensure team members meet performance goals. 

Channel Expansion: 

• Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners (DSAs, connectors, builders, and referral partners). 
• Develop a robust distribution network across all potential markets. 

Portfolio Quality:

• Ensure adherence to credit policies and maintain healthy portfolio quality. 
• Work closely with the credit & risk teams to minimize delinquencies. 

Customer Relationship:

• Ensure superior customer service and prompt resolution of escalations. 
• Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. 

Key Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent understanding of LAP and Home Loan products. 
• Proven track record in sales and business development in the BFSI/Housing Finance sector. 
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. 

 Qualification & Experience: 

• Education: Graduate / MBA preferred. 
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in Housing Finance/NBFC sector, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role. 
• Should have managed state-level operations and large teams.
