Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop an Internal Developer Platform focused on enhancing Developer Experience.
• Build secure-by-default Platform primitives across networking, computing, and observability.
• Ensure availability and cost-efficiency across production clusters and tenant workloads.
• Implement self-service Platform tooling so dev teams can move faster with confidence.
• Partner with Security, Services and Product teams to meet enterprise-grade reliability and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• The AI-ready mindset to build the AI-ready Platform and integrate AI-driven insights for predictive scaling and optimisation.
• A clear understanding of business priorities and goals, and an ability to determine work plans based on said priorities, while connecting all initiatives to top-level results.
• Proven track record of consistent long-term results while solving complex, ambiguous, and far-reaching business-critical problems.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling infrastructure across cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong fundamentals in networking, system design, and SRE practices.
• Proven experience implementing infra-as-code with clean, modular patterns.
• An ability to lead, mentor, and coach other engineers to improve their effectiveness.
• Passion for automation, reducing toil, and empowering developer teams.
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action and clarity.
