United Airlines is hiring for the role of - Staff Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Provide analysis, design, and set up of Learning Technology system for all United employees.
• Create and deliver ad hoc and standard reports.
• Publish dashboard metrics.
• Create and manage post session/ recurring survey or other related metrics.
• Administer mentorship software (mentorcliQ). Support all learning initiatives set up for India Knowledge Center (IKC)
• Manage setup of learning strategy initiative task for Learning technology team 
• Analysis, design and setup of tasks related to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as required
• Create/ deliver adhoc reports

Requirements :

• Create and publish dashboard related to deployment, content, tracking etc
• Create and manage new and recurring surveys as required for sessions
• Mentorship software (MentorcliQ) administration and maintenance
• Support Overall Learning strategy and technology team initiatives
