Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a close working relationship with our manufacturing partners in India.
• Interface and coordinate work activities between quality and cross-functional team.
• Assist in project transferring to India, and execute overseas project Product Quality Plan for transferred projects.
• Attend project phase review and highlight issues in production to team members.
• Manage product manufacturing KPI in India, review daily production data to monitor, control and improve product quality.
• Drive failure local analysis and corrective actions implementation to improve the yield and reduce the field return rate.
• Perform PSO and audits at the manufacturing partners to ensure compliance.
• Ensure Lessons learned from previous project production are used to improve the quality management process, product quality and reliability.
• Set up overseas project KD Material RMA Workflow and align related liability.
