Sr. Training Partner Job in Ahmedabad at Sammaan Capital Ltd

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business to understand and identify learning needs and execute learning interventions.
• Conduct skill gap analysis to identify the areas of improvement there by ensuring sales productivity.
• Design relevant modules based on the need of business and conduct relevant programs.
• Stakeholder management to ensure good buying from business and periodic performance review of Frontline sales staff.
• Drive LMS based intervention and ensure timely completion of modules by sales and support functions.
• Branch/Field visits to ensure need based intervention with proper TNI and TNA.
• Manage end to end L & D process and ensure learning plans aligned with L & D Strategy.
• Manage proper channels of communication to ensure effective learning interventions.
• Understanding, analyzing and tracking of various MIS sent by the support teams.
• Facilitate programs easily and build a strong brand with peers, HR function and business as a subject matter expert of L & D.
