Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- SNOW Administrators & L2/L3 Applications Support Activity for ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
- Condut root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Should possess good knowledge about Service Portal, Incident, Problem, Case ,Change Management and Service Request modules
- Experience in configuring/working Mid server, Rest API, email integration technology with ServiceNow
- Proficient in ServiceNow Configuration and Implementations, should have good hand on experience creating Service now objects like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies & Catalog item, Dashboard
