Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and develop Tableau solutions for business users.
• Manage Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop in various versions.
• Apply BI and data warehousing concepts effectively.
• Integrate and manage multiple and inconsistent data sources.
• Collaborate with ETL teams to understand data processes.
• Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation.
• Engage in the full SDLC process.
• Optionally, participate in data modeling, loading, and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ETL, EDW, QA, OPS).
• Coordinate with a global development team for implementation and testing.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of IT experience specializing in Tableau design and development for large enterprise-level applications.
• Proficient in creating innovative Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to meet the needs of business users.
• Extensive expertise in Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop, with experience across various versions including 9. x and 10.x.
• Strong grasp of Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in handling BI applications that involve multiple and inconsistent data sources.
• Solid understanding of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process.
• Exceptional database knowledge and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Adept at navigating the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Optional experience in data modeling, data loading, data migration, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of thriving in team environments with tight schedules and under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of business processes.
• Collaborative work with ETL, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Quality Assurance (QA), and Operations (OPS) teams to deliver required dashboards.
• Collaboration with a global development team to implement, test, and operationalize designs.
