Birlasoft is hiring for the job role of Sr. Software Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide Tier 2 remote support for CooperVision Apttus (Conga) CLM Application in both production and non-production environments.
• Provide remote programming support for Apttus (Conga) CLM Application.
• Analyze requests from users related to defects, change requests, and new requests, and recommend necessary action.
• Write new or modify existing programs according to specified systems designs.
• Test new or modified programs/Configurations to ensure that they conform to design. Develop test data for use in program testing.
• Write documentation of system changes in conformance with department standards.
• Provide time and cost estimates for program development to IT management.
• Maintain awareness of technological developments in computer hardware and software systems
• Provide timely and concise summaries of project status to the manager.

Requirements:

• Implementation experience on full SDLC cycle on Apttus CLM from Requirement Study to Deployment.
• Conga CLM solutions: hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of OOB (Out of the box) Apttus CLM package objects/ Triggers etc.
• End-to-end process flow knowledge. (Agreement creation to Activation).
• Experience with migration of CLM across environments including experience with the Apttus migration tool.
• Resolve tickets raised in the production within SLA.
• Configuration knowledge based on Approvals/Templates etc.
• Complete enhancements with proper solution and impact analysis within the SLA.
• Understanding and Hands-on on Apttus X-Author Templates/ X-author for Excel design assistance and issue fixes.
• Collaborating with Salesforce, Adobe - EchoSign, and DocuSign connectors to help customers with their Platform and Contracts eSignature-related concerns.
• Apttus CLM 201 Certification will be an added advantage.
• 4+ years’ experience in developing and supporting Apttus (Conga) CLM Applications.
