Concentrix is hiring for the role of Sr. SME, Operations! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Understanding of different company types and legal form
• Understanding of banking/ operating powers required for operating a bank account
• Maintaining and tune the onboarding risk scoring tool for retail and SME customer
• Supporting the enhanced due diligence process for onboarding
• Keeping the KYC lead informed of any escalations, exceptions, or recommended changes to the process

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in KYC, CDD, EDD process and due diligence
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in onboarding / KYC / KYC and conducting CDD, EDD and SDD
• Quick and accurate data validation
• Knowledge of risks posed by SMEs and retail customer
• Experience in summarizing complex information and presenting to senior stakeholder
• Understanding of CBUAE or European due diligence requirement
• Ability to design complicated process flow
• Experience in documenting and designing standard operating procedure
