Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Customize standard objects (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities) and develop custom objects as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar integration tools.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing Salesforce applications.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed applications.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications:

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, and flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange apps and packages.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of other programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
