Sr. Sales / BD Manager Job in Mumbai at IIC Interactive Labs Pvt Ltd

Define the scope for each project, ensuring proposals meet the client’s brief and business objectives above anything else.

• Drafting business plans, proposals, commercials, sales pitches, presentations, cost calculations, and other documents as required.
• Taking sales from prospecting to close, both for outbound sales efforts and inbound referrals.
• Using social media channels to identify business opportunities and outreach
• Developing new ideas for identifying potential key customers
• With clients and our internal creative team to produce the best work possible, while managing resources and meeting project deadlines. You will be responsible for managing the account list and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.
• Being accountable for the end delivery, and proactively managing expectations along the way.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through consistent communication and social media engagement
• Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies
• Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Consistently pitch and be up to date with the latest trends and amazingness happening in the world, be relevant, smart, and witty. Always on toes just like The Bold Type
