Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define market opportunity and business strategy including sign-off from senior leadership.
• Negotiate with banks/partners to achieve the vision, in conjunction with other payments teams
• Drive execution of business strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders (product/tech, sales, operations).
• Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization.

Requirements of the Candidate:

• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, being able to diagnose the root cause of issues
• Ability to find practical and simple solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders with different priorities and different functions including but not limited to technology, legal, and finance
• Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
• Ability to communicate across all levels of management and excellent verbal and written skills in English
• MBA from a premier B School in India or abroad
• Experience in financial services and products management - including retail/MSME banking or fintech experience.
• Experience in vendor contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships Experience in dealing with regulatory and supervisory bodies
