Sr. Manager - Procurement Job in Delhi at TATA Motors

• Perform SOX controls testing
• Establish a Transaction Monitoring Plan
• Ensure timely completion of transaction Quality checking as per sampling strategy.
• Establish and maintain a robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the Service Delivery team to take decision
• Drive customer satisfaction and quality by the use of improvement to business process
• Prepare and publish monthly Quality reports
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for the identified errors
• Identify CTQ (critical to quality) & CTP (critical to process)
• Identify possible risks in Service delivery and support Delivery to prepare a mitigation plan
• Analyze the customer escalations reported and drive actions towards reducing customer complaints. Reports to be published on the analysis done
• Perform Analysis of internal errors, and publish the report with the internal stakeholders highlighting the findings, trends, action points from internal audits

Requirements:

• Technical/ Functional competencies
• Knowledge of the SAP MM Module will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation
• Knowledge about Quality Assurance and quality Improvement concepts.
• Good analytical skills
