Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing and communication campaigns at both national and regional levels. Develop strategies that blend digital, on-ground, influencer, and traditional media formats for maximum reach and ROI.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Drive content creation strategies focused on organic traffic growth, with a clear focus on metadata optimization, keyword strategy, and SEO best practices. Partner with content and web teams to ensure alignment between SEO goals and user journey experience.
  • Website-Driven Campaigns: Lead the strategy and execution of website-centric marketing campaigns including landing page optimization, lead capture flows, and integration with paid media. Collaborate with tech, design, and analytics teams to ensure effective tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Programming, Digital, Design) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to deliver high-quality campaigns. Coordinate with regional marketing teams to localize national campaigns as per regional needs.
  • B2B & Trade Marketing: Build and strengthen B2B communication, driving brand narratives that resonate with clients, advertisers, and media planners. Develop pitch materials, trade collateral, and case studies to position Red FM as a preferred partner.
  • Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and present actionable insights. Recommend real-time optimizations and post-campaign course corrections for improved outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Own communication budgets, ensuring efficient spend across media, production, and agency partnerships. Ensure ROI tracking and spend accountability for each initiative.
