Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and managing talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent. This will include developing employer branding, building relationships with colleges and universities, and leveraging technology to streamline the recruitment process.
• Ensuring the annual appraisals as a predesignated matrix.
• Leading efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through programs such as team-building events, wellness initiatives, learning and development opportunities, and recognition and reward programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and creating and implementing policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Building and maintaining relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to foster open communication, collaboration, and trust.
• Overseeing HR operations such as payroll, benefits, administration, statutory compliance linked with Pf, ESIC, etc., and employee records management.
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks, and using this information to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
• Staying up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends, and continuously evaluating and improving HR processes and practices to ensure the company remains competitive and successful.
• Building Initiating legal procedures against absconding employees
• Working closely with Management & other tasks as assigned by Seniors

Requirements:

• Requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment & hands-on experience on Google Sheets, MS. Office.
• Proven work experience in team handling.
• Enhancing and Enabling the HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Should have deep knowledge of Provident Funds.
